These terms govern your use of Hisoka, an OpenAI-compatible LLM gateway.
1. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account and API keys. One person or organisation per account; do not share keys publicly.
2. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to generate content that sexualises minors, to distribute malware, or to attack the infrastructure of others. We may suspend an account that does.
3. Balance and billing
The service is prepaid. Token usage is deducted from your balance at the pricing multiplier shown for the selected model at request time. Prices may change; the price applied to a request is the one displayed when it is made.
4. Third-party models
Models are served by upstream providers. Their availability, latency, and output quality are outside our control. We do not warrant any particular output and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any model.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the prompts you send and the completions you receive. You grant us the limited licence needed to transmit them to the upstream provider and to meter the request.
6. Refunds
Unused balance is refundable within 14 days of top-up, minus payment processor fees. Consumed tokens are not refundable.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, with notice where practical.
9. Changes
We will post material changes to these terms on this page and update the date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
